No one has made a thread for it (Surprisingly enough) yet so I'm going to post one. Like Disgaea 1 PSP it has extra content but this time in the form of new moves and classes. Also Akutare story <3

Damn why couldn't they put the first one on the psp as well (I no have ds). It definitely wouldn't have bug me as much graphics wise because of the psp's resolution. Especially since I'm playing it on an hd tv and all my ps2 games look horrible. I need to find component cables for that thing.

^ They did put Disgaea 1 on the PSP... It came out before Disgaea DS. Am I misunderstanding you somehow?

Really? I didn't know that. I knew there was a disgaea game for the psp I just didn't know if there was a port for the first disgaea game... GOOGLE TO THE RESCUE!

EDIT: OK FOUND IT! It was re-released on the psp as the afternoon of darkness... Damnit! If I knew I would have gotten the psp version. I need to trade in the ps2 version now...

Wonder if there'll ever be a Disgaea 3 PSP port. I'd sure like to see that happen. Tongue

I wouldn't say that's impossible. Whether they do it or not is another story Tongue

Considering D3 was basically a PS2 game, I'd doubt they'd have any issues porting it to the PSP.  haha

Don't know if I'm getting this. I bought, but never played the PSP version of the first. My backlog's too massive to be playing ports of games I've already played. :/

I think I need to dump half of my backlog on amazon or something, but it's so hard picking things to get rid of...

The psp version is an amazing game; simply because you can put the psp system in sleep mode and continue later; much much later.
A great thing for rts video games that take forever for one level. Though maybe not Disgaea, but for things like Item-world, it makes a huge difference.

Not to mention the extra content and slightly higher resolution. The psp version is the definitive version of the game IMHO.
