I'm trying to get through all this conservatively...

Bought/To buy:

Movies:
Back to the Future Trilogy Blu-ray: 24.99 (Amazon CM Lightning Deal)
Batman Begins Blu-ray: $4.99 (Amazon BF Lightning Deal)
The Dark Knight Blu-ray: $4.99 (Amazon BF Lightning Deal)

Games:
Dragon Quest IX DS: $17.00 (Amazon BF)
NyxQuest: $1.50 (Steam via gift pack)
Puzzle Quest 2: $3.50 (Steam via gift pack)
Indie Clever Pack $4.99 (Steam)
Monkey Island 2: LeChuck's Revenge Special Edition: $2.50 (Steam)
Metroid Other M: $14.99 (Gamefly daily deals)

Other:
G.Skill 8GB PC1600 DDR3 RAM: 149.99 (Newegg Cyber Monday deal; RMA old RAM to get about $105 back)
woot.com Bag of Crap 8.00 (Yay!)

Not bought, but tempted:

Star Ocean: The Last Hope International PS3: 29.99 (Amazon BF)
I got rid of my 360 version some months ago to replace it with this, but the price just hasn't been dropping. Despite all the bad reviews and impressions, I still want to play this someday, but I just don't know. I'm conflicted, but if it was $20 I'd definitely be on it.

Indie Story Pack: $4.99 (Steam)
Recettear and 4 other games. An utterly INSANE deal. Everyone should buy this, but...I already have Recettear. A couple games in the pack look interesting, but this is one of those things where time is more of the issue than money.

Good news: I tried the Recettear demo and liked it.
Bad news: I think I'm too late to get to that sale...poopy.

Fell for the Indie Clever Pack on Steam. Mostly for VVVVVV. Can't get into Eufloria or Iron Grip. Played the World of Goo demo a while back but it didn't really seem to be my thing...but I wouldn't mind giving it another try. Doc Clock reminds me a little of Braid.

Even with all the spending I've been doing on my 360, I haven't really come across any deals that would interest me. Even on things I already have, the only deal I saw was Bayonetta for $20 but I got it for that price months ago at best buy. From what I read, the game sold well, so I dunno why they drove the price down to $20 and how it's been staying there.

Chronologically:
Pre-black friday
As part of Amazon's pre-black friday deals, I got Soul Calibur IV and Super Street Fighter IV as detailed in my post elsewhere.

Thanksgiving day
I'm glad I saw that Indie Story Pack deal yesterday. Yayifications!

Today; Black Friday
I also got in on that Batman Begins + Dark Knight blu-ray lightning deal. I was thinking about what I would get for a friend since he told me he was getting me a gift. I luckily saw this lightning deal first thing when I got up this morning and it was perfect.

I still have catching up to do on older games for my 360 collection. I've got these little $10-$20 things that aren't likely gonna change prices any time soon, but I've been holding off on them because of how damn much I've been spending. Ironically I didn't buy those games first but instead buying more expensive games just because they've been on sale. But then again, the $10 games are almost guaranteed to stay there, while the sales on the games I've bought are for games that aren't gonna be cheap for a long time to come.

Didn't buy anything except for Pizza Hut large pepperoni which wasn't on sale :X

I will probably make use of a few steam sales and 360 arcade sales, but I don't plan on spending that much.

NyxQuest pack is up on Steam today, and actually cheaper than I expected it to be. Only $1.50 after splitting with others.

Ordinarily I'd probably also get Left 4 Dead 2 for $5, but I still dunno for now.

I see Amazon's going to have the Back to the Future Trilogy BD set on Monday as a lightning deal. It's less than $35 as it is...but if it manages to be under $25, I'll most likely snag it.

Well, that's $37 so far. Doing better than I anticipated.

I had Burger King for dinner. However, I learned Play Asia had free shipping, so the thing I wanted might have been ordered. :3

Cless, I think you should get Star Ocean 4 at some point. It's best if you ignore what everyone else on the internet says about it, and just play it and form your own opinion, full of elaboration, bullet points, and nuance.

Star Ocean 4 is fun. Dispite some of the characters being box as rocks dumb and some character quirks being slightly annoying. The story is meh but it is for once much more varied and takes place on quite a few planets being spread evenly out between them rather then spending 95% of your time in the same one or two places like the older games. Plus the battle system is still a blast.

It's not "some of the characters". It's pretty much just Edge and Sarah. Edge is poorly-written and way too stupid, even for a JRPG (I know that's an age-old archetype, but it needs to die or something; a smart hero is capable of having just as much dramatic tension and such). Sarah is, well...some unique brand of...crap, how do I say this? Her brain uses noodle logic. It twists and turns and recurses back to itself.

You're forgetting Lymle, 'kay?

I found Edge tolerable up until... well, everyone who's played up until the point knows...

She's not dumb as a rock, though. She's just...kind of messed-up, and a kid. Besides, I liked the scene where she trolled Faize with Cerberus. Also, she doesn't eat the plot or cause a better party member to die, unlike some other stupid damn kids in certain RPGs.

Back to the Future sold out in seconds...and I got one.

Also, I ended up ordering a new set of RAM which was 149.99. Apparently what I bought with my recent parts order won't overclock for crap. At least I can RMA what I have to get around $105 back. The real sucky part is that this RAM was apparently $99 on Black Friday itself...could have RMAed at a profit if I thought about it then.

Noticed Newegg was running a price guarantee and had repriced the RAM I bought the other day to $25 less. Very nice I can get that back.

Amazon's running a deal on Funimation SAVE sets so grabbed Utawarerumono, Paniponi Dash!, and Rumbling Hearts complete series collections for like $34 or something.

Also got Monkey Island 2 on Steam the other day for 2.50.

But, most importantly, I managed to snag today's woot.com Bag of Crap. Anxious to see what my eight bucks brings me...

Damn, I wish I had seen the BTTF deal, you just can't refuse that trilogy for 25 bucks on BluRay lol
Also it's region-free so it would have played on my PAL ps3.
