I need a screen recorder that records my games on high frame rate... Ive been using "Camtasia stuido" but it doesnt give me a desired FPS.
Is there any software out there (payed or not) that I can use? I would like to record every single Frame...
Though I know that that is impossible with my TV card (since it compresses it back to MPG, where the max FPS is 30), I can do it to record games from emulators.
Dont know how effective this will be, though...

Are you trying to record HD games or SD games?

Fraps gives you a fps.  I tried it on Tales of Phantasia.  It works, but my ram sucks too much to make it decent.  I suggest having 1gb of ram at least.

NTSC only runs at 30fps but it's doubled or some shit like that. You're probably okay recording it at 30fps.

I think you mean High Definition and Standard Definition.  Though to tell you the truth I have no clue how you'd do a game in HD.

The problem is that it still misses frames, looks really choppy to me.
I wanna (for instance) record an ACS battle and I would end up with a horrible video

what you could do is buy a DVR and connect your videogame console up to it and record it that way.

That would solve the console recording
But I need also a computer recording soft for my computer games, like ACS or the DS games
