For those of you who know and love the vocaloids, there was a live concert using giant, 3D holograms of Hatsune Miku and Megurine Luka! if you don't know what "vocaloid" is, it is a voice synthesizer program that people make songs with. if you ever watched a random video where some girl was dancing with long, green hair tied up in pigtails, that's vocaloid. for more info: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vocaloid

here's a video from the concert. it's the song Magnet, sung in a duet with Miku and Luka. please don't tell me i'm the only vocaloid fan in this forum please T.T lol.

So that's where those costumes in Tales of Graces came from!

Heh, I like the songs themselves (and magnet IS one of my favourites), but I prefer the covers from real life singers on Nico Nico Douga.

Impressive technology on the concert, though. I don't think the dancing fits the song, though. I mean, it IS a love song, between the two singers. Didn't really get that from the dance.

i agree completely with the vocaloid covers. if you go on youtube, the account nShaken posts cover songs from actually Nico Nico users. Usa, Yamai, and Piko are my favorites lol.
I just thought it was cool that they were able to make that kinda tech!

there were vocaloid costumes in ToG?

After owning Gears of War 2 since December 2008, I finally killed off my backlog run on gag!  (The whole reason it became my personal run on gag was because I actually spent an entire weekend with my friend going through the first Gears of War and all we needed was an entire weekend.  Yet here I am, beating Gears of War 2 alone and it's March 2010).

Now, I can move onto something like, say...Metal Gear Solid 4.

P.S.  Cless is right about Nolan North being the new Johnny Yong Bosch.  I saw Nolan North's name listed as one of the voice actor for Gears of War.  Geez, if I play Resonance of Fate, I just hope I don't start typecasting North as Nathan Drake.
Umm...I think you posted on the wrong topic by accident, ClessA.
